Mix starter, milk, and greek yogurt. Microwave 30 seconds
Add flour, baking powder, and salt and stir to combine to a shaggy, somewhat tacky dough.
Cover with damp cloth and let rise 2-3 hours. You will know that it is done proofing when you can gently dent the surface with your knuckle and it springs back. If your house is warmer, this could take less time. If your house is colder, it make take more time.
Dump out dough, and cut in half. Save half for next day.
Split dough 3 ways, roll to 1/4" thickness.
Brush on melted butter, and fry on skillet or flat top grill.
